Layout, Atan is a scheme that offers subscribers the opportunity to own a piece
of land without hassle. We maintain a very convenient and
flexible payment plan.
Q2: What is
the Size of Land Under this Scheme? The plot size for sale under this
scheme is Freedom-plot measuring 600sqm (120ft * 60ft). However, you can
purchase a Valu-plot (i.e. Half Freedom-plot) measuring 300sqm (60ft * 60ft).
Q3: What are the
other benefits for subscribing into this project aside cost of land? Free Insurance,
Instant allocation upon initial deposit of 20% (depending on the plot size
subscribed) and full access to allotted plot(s) for development while still on
a payment plan.

Q5: Does this cost include infrastructure and other charges? No, payment does not
include cost of allocation, documentation, infrastructure and settlement fee
for foundation, roofing, etc.
LIFEPAGE shall charge
the sum of N20,000.00 for allocation and N100,000.00 for Legal Deed (each per
plot) while processing of survey and perfection of title shall be the sole
responsibility of the subscriber.
For Infrastructure,
Subscribers would join a Community Development Association (CDA) for joint
arrangement on provision of infrastructure at their instance.
Q6: Will
LIFEPAGE provide access road to individual plot(s) purchased? Yes, LIFEPAGE will
provide initial access road (earth road) for individual plot(s) purchased by
Subscribers.
Q7: Who will be
responsible for plot allotment and survey processing? LIFEPAGE will be
responsible for plot allotment. However, survey processing will be done by the
Subscribers.
Q8: What is required
of the subscriber after plot allotment? Subscribers have a maximum of 60 days
to take physical possession of their allotted plot by clearing, erecting a
foundation/fence with a gate. Allottees risk eventual revocation if actual
physical possession is not taken within 12 months.
Security of the
allotted plot(s) is the sole responsibility of the Subscriber, LIFEPAGE will
not be held responsible for any issue relating to such.
Q9: Is there any
restriction to the type of structure I can build? Subscribers are
permitted to build residential and/or residential-related structures only.
Tenement homes “face-me-I-face-you” are not allowed.
